What we collect. When you send a request through a form on this site we collect what you type in: name, company, email, phone, and your message. We also record which page you came from and campaign tags in the link (UTM), so we know which channels work.

Why. To reply to your request and, if you ask, to arrange a session or send the materials you requested. Our legal basis is your request (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Where it goes. Requests are stored in our website database and sent to our team by email and to our internal Slack. We use service providers to run the site and send email. We don't sell your data.

How long. We keep requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Cookies. Essential cookies make the site work and remember your cookie choice. With your consent we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used, and marketing cookies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel) to measure our campaigns. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it: team@data-never-lies.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
